WIP Wednesday - Max and Whiskers

Currently I am working on the back of a quilt featuring the Moda Max and Whiskers fabric.  All this fabric was leftovers that was just sitting at my mother's house in a plastic bag.  She loves this fabric, but decided she wasn't going to get to making the projects with it and asked if I wanted it - as if I could turn down some free fabric!

The top is done as evidenced by the photo above and all I have left is the back.  I am considering saving this quilt and giving it to my mother for mother's day because I know how much she loves this fabric, but apparently my dog Raptor thinks this quilt is his (in all fairness it does has cats and dogs on it).

The back is all that is left before I put it together.  I am making random sized rectangles with borders and one scrappy corner and plan on fitting them all together to make the back.  I have a fair amount done and it should be finished in no time.
